We are from this area but used to live inland, in Alcalà, and the move has been very good for us: we live in town and have everything close by – the doctor, the pharmacy, the church, the shops…

We didn’t want communal areas with a pool because they’re not for us. On holiday we spend the whole day at the beach, so this apartment was ideal for our way of life.

I rent it out all year to people who come to work in Alcossebre, and they tell me they are very happy there.

The beach is very close and it faces the sea, so at night we get the breeze and the sound of the waves.
